staying in hamburg

here i am. hamburg. for two weeks. writing a paper with my diplom thesis supervisor. and truely, this is a very productive stay. i am quite confident.
spring has of course also reached hamburg. my stay here couldn't be nicer.

the last time i was here was in may i guess...now almost a year later most of my friends are gone or are just about to leave, like dr. tobi for instance. so it is a bit sad... for me this will also be the last visit for quite a while i guess, unless there's gonna be some school or conference... but so far i don't know of any... next sunday will be my last chance to finally see fischmarkt. i guess i will oversleep it once more.

being at desy is always very motivating. my attitude towards work is better than usual.hehe.

however, de octobre à decembre mon blog s'appelle: "d fait le pitre dans le monde diplomatique".
i will be working in the austrian embassy in washington as an intern at the office of science and technology. so i almost guarantee: at least something is going to happen in 2008. if anybody knows anybody who can help me with finding a room in washington i would be very grateful.
